Individual Cancellations: Reservations cancelled at
least 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 14 days in advance will have
50% of the deposit refunded. Cancellations 48 hours
or less prior to arrival will not receive a refund of
deposit.
Complete or Partial Group Cancellations: Reservations
cancelled at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival
will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than
21 days prior to the date of arrival, but at least 7
days prior to arrival will have 50% of the deposit refunded.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival will
not receive a refund of deposit.
As a reminder, we are a non-smoking facility. Smoking
is allowed only outside the cottages. We do not allow
pets on resort property.
